Panic Delivery: Invader Studios takes Italian co-op horror all the way to Tokyo
From Daymare survival horror to a courier job where dying is practically in the contract: Invader Studios, an independent team founded in 2016 and based in the Roman countryside, brought Panic Delivery into the Tokyo Game Show 2026 spotlight only months after its May 13 Steam Early Access debut.

99 shared lives, but every delivery matters
Panic Delivery is a co-op horror comedy for up to four players. Couriers deliver, recover or smuggle packages through a dystopian monster-run world. The team shares 99 backup clones: every death burns one, and when they are gone the whole operation resets.

Early Access shaped with the community
The current build includes three maps with procedurally generated dungeons, three difficulty modes, three mission types, 13 enemies and 15 shop items. Invader Studios expects roughly a year in Early Access and plans more maps, enemies, items, missions and delivery options, informed by player feedback.

The Tokyo showcase also says something about the studio’s trajectory: from Olevano Romano and Daymare to a faster, more social and deliberately grotesque multiplayer format that still keeps horror at its core.

Why it is worth watching
Steam’s overall user reviews remain very positive. The clash of corporate satire, chaotic physics, monsters and cooperation gives Panic Delivery an identity you can read almost instantly: this is an Italian production choosing not to repeat Daymare, but to redirect the studio’s horror experience into something stranger and more social.
