thisisneverthat x UNDERCOVER: The Apple Archive Returns Through Denim
The new thisisneverthat x UNDERCOVER collaboration connects Seoul and Tokyo through UNDERCOVER’s graphic archive. The collection reworks the label’s recurring apple motif and other artworks across washed denim, jacquard, graphic T-shirts and accessories.
UNDERCOVER’s archive becomes material
Rather than treating the archive as untouchable history, thisisneverthat filters it through its own relaxed streetwear vocabulary. The standout pieces include a washed denim down jacket and a jacquard zip hoodie, supported by denim pants, graphic tees and accessories.
Inside the drop
The first section break creates a natural pause in the article structure that the site’s existing AdSense Auto Ads can use without adding manual advertising code.
The washed denim down jacket gives the collaboration its strongest material statement, while the jacquard hoodie integrates graphics directly into the fabric structure. The apple motif acts as the visual thread across the capsule.
Tokyo first, Seoul next
The collection is scheduled to launch on September 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. JST at the thisisneverthat Shibuya Flagship in Tokyo. A dedicated pop-up is planned for the Seongsu flagship in Seoul in December; a precise December date has not been announced in the information currently available.
Release and availability
This second editorial break separates release information from the closing commercial section and gives Auto Ads another natural insertion opportunity. Pricing and broader international availability remain unconfirmed.
THE SIGNAL — independent project
THE SIGNAL is an independent Smart GFX project and is not official thisisneverthat or UNDERCOVER merchandise. The featured shirt belongs to the separate THE SIGNAL collection; the secret final fragment is never included in blog promotion.
