Warhammer Survivors: Release Date, Demo and Over 40 Champions
Warhammer Survivors finally has a release date: Auroch Digital's action roguelite launches November 10, 2026 on consoles, computers and mobile devices. The October 6 announcement also brings a new demo and clarifies the scale of its character roster and arsenal.

Release date, platforms and a new demo
The game launches November 10 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, PC via Steam and GOG, plus iOS and Android. A new demo is already available on Steam and Xbox PC with two playable heroes: the Legend of Catachan and Lyssa Revenya.
The demo includes changes made in response to community feedback, aiming for a smoother, more approachable experience. Preorders are open on PS5, with Xbox Series X|S preorders beginning October 27.

Two universes, over 40 champions
The game features battles in both the 41st millennium of Warhammer 40,000 and the Mortal Realms of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. Its roster contains more than 40 playable characters, each with unique starting statistics and signature weapons, while the overall arsenal includes more than 70 instruments of destruction.
The structure follows the survival roguelite formula: players face increasingly dense waves of enemies, collect upgrades within each run and unlock persistent progress after defeat. Every arena features enemy factions, secrets and Extremis bosses.

Morvenn Vahl and Lyssa Revenya
The new trailer puts Morvenn Vahl and Lyssa Revenya in the spotlight. Vahl fights in her Paragon Warsuit with the heavy bolter Fidelis, firing an arc of projectiles and activating a miracle that increases its rate of fire. Upgrading to Purgator Mirabilis also adds volleys from the Paragon Missile Launcher.
Lyssa instead turns Rope and Grapnel into a ranged weapon: grappling hooks enter from the screen edges, strike points in the arena and drag away surviving enemies. Its evolved form summons the spirit of Rhea, which explodes into a damaging spectral cloud.

Why this announcement matters
Combining two Warhammer settings, an extensive roster and a simultaneous release across numerous platforms makes this one of the more ambitious bullet-heaven projects. Auroch Digital, which previously created Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, is developing the game in collaboration with poncle, the team behind Vampire Survivors.
The decisive factor will be variety between champions, evolutions and arenas. Large numbers alone cannot guarantee depth, but the demo already allows players to test the pace, readability and progression before launch.
